Bedford TK
Our first truck, bought as a chassis cab, converted by us into a beavertail, eventually broken up. |

Ford Transit MK2
Originally fitted with a Harvey Frost hand crane, converted to a spec lift before being sold to a UK operator in 1997. |

Ford D Series
Our first crew cab, bought as a chassis cab, converted by us and fitted with a spec lift sourced from the UK and a HIAB crane, the truck served until it was replaced in 1999 by the Renault tilt and slide unit in current service. |

Bedford CF
This was our first factory built truck purchased from a local hire car company as they no longer wished to recover there own vehicles. It was replaced by a Ford Transit that was acquired from the local AA service. |

DAF 2300
In 1996 we went in to commercial recovery. The truck was bought locally and the lift was removed from a truck that was imported from the UK that failed its roadworthy test, although limited to the tasks it could perform it enabled us to get our foot in the door, it was replaced in 1999 with a more up to date DAF. |

DAF 45
This vehicle was converted by us to replace the Bedford TK, we ran it for several years before it was replaced with a more up to date chassis with Vulcan equipment fitted to it. |

Ford Transit MK3
Both of these trucks served with the local AA service until we took over the contract in 2002. Both have now been sold to the UK. These vehicles have now been replaced with more up to date crew-cab vehicles.

5. Volkswagen Caddy Bought in 2004, originally owned by the local Ambulance service, was converted by us to recover motorcycles, it has a factory fitted hydraulic drop floor, that enables flat to floor loading, it fully complies to PAS 43 requirements. Replaced by our new Razorback. |

6. Ford Iveco Cargo 'Cragie's
Cargo'
Bought locally, this truck has undergone a complete re-fit it is fitted with a Dyson slide-back and second car lift it also has extension ramps for low slung spoilers and wheel skates for vehicles with steering problems, it fully complies with PAS 43 requirements. To be replaced by new truck currently under build. |
